In late-19th-century France, renowned gourmet Dodin Bouffant (Beno卯t Magimel) draws guests from far and wide for decadent meals prepared by his personal chef, Eug茅nie (a radiant Juliette Binoche). To demonstrate his love for Eug茅nie, Dodin decides to do something he has never done before: cook for her. Premiering at Cannes, this decadent feast of a film was nominated for the Palme d鈥橭r and won the prize for Best Director.
